This Refuge is situated in Fiastra, in the Tribbio locality, in a scenic
location just outside the town. It has three dormitories, one of which has disabled access, with a total of 18 beds,
plus reception service and a restaurant seating 45 people.
interest to visitors:
The lake of Fiastra, ruined castle of Magolotti, church of
St Paul, church of St Laurence, sanctuary of the Blessed Ugolino.
On foot:
Excursions to the Lame Rosse (“Red ravines”), to the Gole del Fiastrone
(“Fiastrone Gullies”), to the Grotta dei Frati (“Friars’ Cave”), to the natural path of the lake of Fiastra which has disabled access and to
the historic path past the ruined castle of Magalotti.
In the winter:
cross-country skiing, ski-trekking.
