Situated in the countryside against the backdrop of the Sibillini Mountains, the Colle Verde is a place of profound tranquillity, a few kilometres away from the shrine dell'Ambro, near the famous gorge the Infernaccio, the Hermitage of San Leonardo, and the starting point for excursions to Mount Vettore, the Lago di Pilato and the cave of the Sibilla. At this ideal location one can also enjoy traditional dishes.

This is a form of pasta called ‘half sleeves’ which is cooked al dente, and then sauté in a pan with cooked bacon and pink apples. Then a final touch of saffron is added.
